You could try them, as some people say they help, but I dont think they do, anyway the only thing that will help remove colour from your hair, are colour fix, these are colour remover's that shrink the colour moloucles from the cortex and rinse off, they will not remove every bit of the colour , but most of it. You can only buy these at sally's I havent seen them in drugstore, maybe someone can tell you diffrent.

I'm curiouse what colour is your hair, cos you might be able to colour over it.

well i bleach it and it came ot orange-gold in the root and light/medium brown all over then i tone it to a warn medium browm that have red-gold in to it and i was try to go a dark blonde

A lot of mixed colours then, lol. I would go for the colour fix ,remove the colour . It will go a orangy colour when you use it, but dont worry, this is normal. Then you can apply a dark blonde over your hair, you might have to do this twice as you are removing colour pigments from the hair ,with the colour remover, so you will need to add it back in, you could use a semi/demi dark blonde , then apply a permanent dark blonde on top of this. Confussed yep. lol.
