why do you wave

i wave for the attention i love when female say they like my hair and when n****s hate and say u think u got waves? (thats how dudes compliment in my eyes)

lol waves massage my hands. Most of all I like the attention my waves be gettin me. Girls i neva seen before be touchin my head lol. Like a lot of my first convos start by sum girl askin me bout my hair.

I like the waves b/c its kinda unique. People (white) are always amazed, lol. Girls too.

i wave just because it looks good and i get ALOT of compliments even from alot of people i dont even know, and i know alot of u on here are sayin he only got like 5 waves BUT i have a little more :P some arent as big

datz tru^..i feel da same way..buh wit me i started wearin duragz b4 i had waves..wen i waz like 11/12..i used 2 have majorrr migranes..n i used 2 tie da durag on ma head 2 apply pressure..i noe it sounds dumb buh it worked..it was da only way i cud get 2 sleep..by da time i was like 15 da headaches stopped..i had already started wavin by den..i took a break from wavin cuz it becaome 2 much of a hassle..datz wen i tried 2 sleep wit out a rag..ish was juss wierddd...like soo strange..i didnt even noe it was da fact dat it was dat i wasnt wearin a durag uintill i tried sleepin wit one on

I feel ya'll on the du rag. I started wearing one not to get waves, but just to keep lint out of my head when I went to sleep.

i used to not be able to sleep with a du rag on my head(a couple months ago) cause it felt so hot... now its a must.. i even wake up if the thing falls off or even loosens a lil.

lol i only got em on the top but chicks are so crazy over em. now imagine if i get those 360s!!!!!!!!!!!

if i had braids i wud juss rock straight cornrows..nun beats a fresh tite braid up..i hate da designs..juss straight braids
