stopped bitting nails yeeee

So, how did you make yourself stop after all these year's of biting?
I'm also a "chewer" of nails in stressful situations.

i didn't stop at once...i had few attempts before and didn't succeed.
trick is nail polisher- i couldn't succeed without it, and in my earlier attempts as soon as nail polisher was off, I started bitting them again.
in stressful situations: instead nails- chewing gum :)
I don't have problems with brittle nails- i guess this is due to polisher (i always have it on) and I use cream for brittle nails (Dikla or some other brand, but this one suits me most). at beginning i was also using their (Dikla) nail polisher (as base coat). Now I use Titania (calcium gel- simple base coat polisher, that contains calcium panththenate- prevents brittle nails, tearing and splitting. And it does work  with me. My nails look much better and they also grow normally- i have to cut them every 10 days or something like that.
