Is it good to cut ya hair all day way down 2 1/16 and brush it grows and in about 5 or 6 week start 2 gettin it cut down on a regular? instead of waitin til you get a good length of hair?

Let your hair grow naturally for a while. Keep brushing it the whole time. After you have let it grow out for a while cut low and watch how your hair will already have a SSSSSSS pattern in it. My bother cut his fro off and he already had waves. Made me mad  cuz I been putting in work for mine.

yo if you have waves all ready you should not get it cut to low.
