would yall recommend to keep wolfin back to back to achieve full 360's the fastest, like for ex. wolf for 6 weeks get it cut, then wolf for another 6 weeks an cut it an just keep doin that for awhile until your fully spinnin...or would yall recommend wolf then get regular 2 to 3 week cuts a few times then wolf again?

You wolf all the time back to back no breaks.Wolf get it cut and start wolfin again.People do this cause their waves can always be improved no body waves are perfect.After I get waves all over Ima start gettin cuts every two weeks no more Wolfin and just use a softie all the time.

yea cause i havent really wolfed since last year. and i think i could have improved more if i would have been wolfin more often

Wolf for like 8 weeks then get the cut a repeat. The longer the better, your hair will respond faster that way.

yep dats the name of the game wolf longs as u can ....and cut it ...and repeat this,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,4-5 month at min ........neva cut ur hair within 2-3 weeks hardly see no progress

yea i got some cc i been usin it for about 2 weeks now...and did that H20 Method today an saw some improvements in certain areas i been tryna get to wave...but actually i've been wavin for awhile just havent really wolfed lately an i need to get ahold of a camera so i can post some pics

i mainly wolf til my hair starts gettin outta control, then i get a fresh cut... but like everyone said above, the longer and more you wolf, the better
