i go to 2 shops
 
one where i grew up goin and one where dey give extra sharp tapes
 
5 for a tape(line)
10 for a haircut
 and  give 2$ for tip

i charge dudes 5 n thats wit line n everythin
 
i just dont see the reason for the high pricin
 
n when i do go for a professional cut

most shops out here in cali be like 10 for a cut/ 5 for a line.....but this one shop ive been hittin up on the lately is 20 for a cut/ 7 for a line.....but them n****s be cuttin up celebrity heads tho....

My boy does a ceaser, line up and face for $8 (he cuts as good as/ better than some barbers in near by shops.

whoo wee... 35 for a cut!!! dats killa...but here in greenville, south carolina my barbaer shop cost 5 for a shape up and 12 for a cut...but on wednesday and tueday it's 10 a cut and still five a shape!!! da cut includes face!!! we got it made but in july (think bout this in the heart of the summer) the yare going to 15 a cut and 7 a shape...but still the ten and five deal on wednesday and tuesday!!!

At my shop, it doesn't matter who you are. Everybody gets cut in the order that they come in. Unless you have an appointment. Also, I live in the heart of the hood and ain't nobody about to pay $35 for a cut.

At my barbershop:

*A line up is $ 6 (9 wit a straight razor and cream)
*A cut (taper or ceaser is 15$ and i usually tip about 2 to 5 dollars depending how good they do.

My barber give me VIP treatment. Whenever I walk in he cuts me next. No matter how many people are waiting ahead of me. It seems the $20 that I give him is on the high end compared to everyone else.
