Aight i think we all know that after you get a cut your waves will disappear. i dunno why.

But does anyone know a way for my waves to still be there but without loose hairs in my head. coz i hate the fact i cant touch my hair w/o them on my hand. so does any1 know how to solve thisw/o completely wahsing my waves out??

it must be the type of cut that you get what kind of cut do you get?

You could brush your hair until the loose one's fall out. Or you can not get so much hair cut off.
