As a short hair lover, I prefer the second one but she looks good either way.  I don't see any difference in how old she looks or much else - just a different look.

I'm a short hair lover but I must say my favorite picture of the pictures posted is Kramer's.  As far as the perception of age, I agree with shorthairissexy, I don't see a difference.
