so whats some good things i can do for the chlorine other than was my hair right after i get out? which is gonna be hell
so what are some reall good things i can do to my hair for swimming and all that?

I asked this same question in the randoms room except I used  a du rag..the other day i didnt use a du rag tho and my sh*t got dry and curled but i hopped in the shower and did some work and it was back on track...

ur waves are on point so just enjoy your swim and when you get out of the pool and find a shower do what you gotta do to get back in the game...you wont be set back at all IMO

There is a cap you can wear while swimming that blocks the water from your head.

You can wear a swim cap or just wash your hair after you get out of the water. If you have to go swimming in chlorine, there's really not much else you can do.

Quote SWIMMING METHOD

1.) When you swim before you go swimming wet your hair alil and brush it how you would outta the shower.

2.) Then drench your hair in water so that its soaked with water to the point where you just feel it cant hold anymore water.
You want to be sure to do this so that it wont be able to soak up as much of the chlorine water in the pool that it usually would. Thats not healthy for your hair.

It also works better if you already have some pomade in your hair because pomade is water resistant and it will keep your hair from absorbing as much chlorine. But pomade is not necessary.

3.)Now throw on a durag and tie it down tight. Now go swimming.

WARNING
(If you locker rooms dont have one this method makes your hair WORSE than before)

4.)Now take off your durage and drench your hair in water again and put your durag back on. You dont have to do this but if you have the time you may want to so you can rinse out the chemicals your hair absorbed from the pool.

5.)Dry your hair under the air dryer and take off your durag and your stuff will be laid down nice!

For me it looks just like when I got out of the shower.

This method relies soley on time though. If you have enough time for your hair to dry then you good. If not when its time for you to go back to class and you gotta take off that durag and yo stuff still damp you gone look a hot mess!
LOL

Oh. This method only worked for me cause we could swim with durags on. I just said that it was to protect my head from the chemicals.

OK found somethin :D
