Has anyone had any luck making clip ins for bangs? If so.. how would you do it? Single pieces or one big piece?

My hair is dark brown and I want to add some blonde in it. Something like this.. http://hiplog.com/hiplog/images/tmail.com/55/2e/tokyolux/2006/05/14/185054/5_Photo_89.jpg

(lets refrain from how much we don't like her hair bla bla. lets just focus on the blonde/brown in her bangs please folks :]). Anywwways, I just wanted to know if anyone has had any luck doing this or something similar in the bangs.

hmm...do you already have bangs in your dark brown hair?

i'd just take a  short piece of wefted blonde hair, 3 small clips(one in the middle one on each end) and thats it
if you wanted really thick bangs you could use two wefts sewn(or glued..i like hand sewing) together..and for color contrast you could use two different colored wefts

yes i have made a clip on banglet...my hair up top is a bit tricky to get to cover the weft part, but xxxxxtra strength hairspray works
lotta talkin 'bout hair n other stuff: http://www.diyextensions.net/

(I like her hair and the funky colors, so don't worry youv'e got a few other gals here who like the more unique dos :) )

There is a tutorial at doctoredlocks.com on both how to make bang clip-ins and how to wear them and have them look natural. I try not to just say oh look at this, but its a good tutorial with step-by-step information and good pictures as well.
