Namaste Dharma Ying%20Yang and thank you for asking. I'm glad to give back since I've taken so much information from this board. I would call the 2nd install a success.   You know, it never fails...I buy something and the next day it goes on sale or the new and improved or amended product is offered. I followed the directions in my kit to the T on the first install...heater only on the wax setting and stirring constantly ...and lost nearly every single bond. The consistency was much like a keratin adhesive in a melting pot so I assumed it was ok...I didn't really grasp the "seeping" concept on the first install. I'm sure the DVD they are now offering will help.

Here's what I love...the smell. Keratin is stinky...there's no way around it...this has a really pleasant scent. I like the way strand-by-strand falls as opposed to protac wefts; However, to save time and provide thickness I am wearing wefts in the back and the TT on the sides.

Here's what I'm adjusting to. The bonds have a tendency to stick together after sleeping on them, but I like to fiddle with them anyway so I am entertained by separating them. The instructions specify dipping 1" into the adhesive...a hard 1" bond isn't that comfortable to me...I'm making them a little smaller next time and that should help.

I can't comment on the hair that I ordered with the system. I used my Bohyme for the 2nd install.

These bonds definitely need some time before removing easily;  However, a little acetone and this stuff turns to powder with no need for pliers.

So after too much information, (aren't you sorry you asked) I'm keeping my order...(they offered a refund)...and I'm ordering more little "stars" to put in my melting pot...on the high setting.Wink

Good review, keep us informed please.

By the way, I love your use of the salutation, 'namaste'.   I have a friend who signs off her emails that way.

So, namaste to you!
