advice on what to do with my hair  because i can't really choose to cut it short or grow it out long. I'm not really sure what to do.

Also should i shave my eye brows a bit?

Im not sure about your hair Im totally poo on hair styles. However, with your eye brows I dont think you should shave them because they will grow back too quickly. I find plucking mine to keep them in order works best. They take twice as long to grow back because Ive taken the whole thing out. Theres no shame in it male grooming has risen and if your worried about pain do it after a bath or shower because your pores will be open.

I like your hair....have you ever tried puttin gel in it and spiking it up crazy like?
 
I def would NOT shave the eye brows.... you need to have them professionally waxed and tweezed...especially the first time.  It should cost between 5-10 dollars to get this done and it will look great!

I like your hair for the most part. I think that it would look even better if you gave it some texture with a little layering.
 
As for you eyebrows..DO NOT shave them. Plucking works much better. And don't go overboard.
