I assume it's a lost cause? LOL   LOL I think I may buy some hair magazines and see what they say.

My hair's pretty thick. I had layers put in the last couple of times I went to the hairdresser to thin it a bit but I'm trying to grow my hair and the shorter layers get frizzy and poof out easily!

I don't really have time to straighten my hair every morning, which I don't really want to do anyway because I like my hair to have a bit of wave in it. Plus straightening it doesn't really help much anyway, it will still poof out! What should be done to make it a bit easier to manage....change the style or use any specific products to calm it down a bit? I read somewhere that graduated layers are good for thick hair, does anyone know what they are exactly? I'm getting really frustrated, it's just so difficult to style at the moment.

Any ideas?
