I admire Tea Leoni.  There's something about her style & personality that reminds me of Katherine Hepburn, she's classy & intelligent, but bold and funny at the same time. And she is incredibly fit and athletic, paralleling Hepburn. Short and blonde suits her, in my opinion. She had a great cut in an Di Modelo (?) jewelry ad she did for charity. Kind of like this:
