brush porblem and question
Today I went 2 a local Korean shop wit beauty supplies
So seen a 2 sided brush so I copped it
I went home n opened it n it smell iffy
N on da hard side I seen silver things on da bottom on da wood part on dis hard side so I put it in water wit alcohol ( 1 u clen cuts with) [I do dis wit evry brush 2 take bacteria out] and started scrappin da silver shyt out
N da soft side smells funny
Afta I brushed a lil wit it but I wanna kno
If I shud throw it out cuz idk if da bristles got lead in it
Or if brushes can have lead in da bristles
Wat ya think shud I do?

Most brush bristles are made of boar and/or plastic.  I'm not familar with lead bristle brushes.  But if your uncomfortable with your brush, get a new one of a different brand.

Brushes aren't that expensive, so throw it out and buy a new one. You can also take it back.
CHANGE ON THE WAY !!

Not true.  He brought it from his local Korean-owned black beauty shop.  Just try to get a refund or exchange at one of those shops, lol.

The brush wouldn't have lead in it. You might be overreacting. The brush should be fine after you soak it in boiling water.
