I just permed my hair on Friday night and it already looks like it is falling. I know from past experience that after I was my hair and give it a good condition sometimes it comes back. was just wondering how long I need to wait before shampooing my hair again. and it it would be ok to use Hot sticks or curling iron on it yet? It had been almost 5 years since I last permed my hair, So I dont remember a whole lot. My mother said that I need to wait 3 days before shampooing my hair. Any advise would be helpful.

i have always been told not to shampoo before 24 hrs. AND never use baby shampoo. Roller set is the best way to keep the curls.  Wash and condition and set and let dry, your culr swill respond.
