wait untill your waves get a bit of deepness in them that way wen u gt a cut they wnt come out , but if they just startin 2 form leave em 4 about 3-4 weeks keep brushin in that time an by den they should be getting deep

its long enough to pull and twist a lil and the twist but there good to go on the top and the back jus need some more attention on the sides

yeah and when your hair gets long which it could be getting there now use dax and make sure you wash your hair and get all excess water out then brush use dax brush more then wave cap/durag while still damp the water will soften your curls and make then form better and have some good hold from the pomade and if your waves fall out after this then you know you have to brush more to embed your waves
