I have dark brown hair and I want to use a semi-permanent color for medium brown. Can semi-permanent be strong enough to lighten hair or no?

Semi-Permanent HairColor will NOT lighten your hair. Read my introduction to haircolor that is stickied at the top of this forum to have a better understanding on HairColoring.
