They work ok for me.  I mainly use it for touch ups between trips to the barber shop.  The only cons I can say about the Headliners is that it vibrates pretty hard and it isn't very sharp.  But, it's good enough for what I use it for.  One of the best pros is the affordable price.

You just have to make sure they have the same name. Technique is always key when cutting also.
