    Posted: July 11 2007 at 4:44am

I've been on the recovery from a lowcut since june 2.

This was then:

This is now nearly 5 weeks later:
TOP:

LEFT:

RIGHT:

BACK:

Notes: I finally found myself a good medium brush at this store called Sally's. I've used this almost 100% if the time because all my softees are warn out and i feel like a softee does nothing to my hair at this length but this is prolly why my waves are comin in a lil' crooked with the absence of using a softee.

Another thing, I am dying for a damn cut because of this humid ass summer weather  but i feel like i can't jump to that next level unless i keep wolfing longer and i actually have some waves formin' deep on the back now.

Don't know if i should get a trim or not because my barber can't properly line my hairline up when it is this long (it's all uneven right now) plus my ish be gettin outta control when i go in the hot ass club and start sweatin'. Makes my hair look like a thick poofy frizzy rug.

Comments welcomed

I have that brush Frizzle. Got it from Sally's too. I chopped the handle off though which I wish I hadn't. But Frizzle I firmly believe you could be one of this sites top wavers if you would stop getting scalped. Its almost as if you like getting scalped, f**king masochist.

I HATE getting scalped. I like lowcuts tho. Unfortunately, every time i try to go a guard lower, i get screwed. This time, i am mainly gonna stick to trims.

Sounds good. You got your hair trained very nicely though I can see your hair has a memory of what it was once like. I was thinking about this recently. From your experience would you say your hair grows back easier each time it gets scalped when it reaches a certain length.

I can only use it on select days. The bristles seem to be mad soft one day and the next they are unbearably painful.

Yea, this hot whether is killing me too fam more so with the humidty. With your texture those trims will help you everytime. They will definitely save your progress. Nice update.

Wow I've never seen Frizzle around before but his waves gon be tough if he stops getting scalped^ but this is what I do during wave season I stop getting low cuts for awhile I just tell the barber to "take the weight" out of it and it comes out perfect everytime!!!

I tried S curl a while back. It didn't really help bring out any waves in areas i didn't have waves in. It just cultivated the waves i already had. I used it more for when i broke my wave game for a min to do curlz again.

Yo stuff grow mad fast though. I know it took me way more than 5 weeks to get up there.

Keep it up though bro. Man I'm shocked.
You got way more potential than I initially thought (which was alot)
and thats a compliment. Thumbs%20Up
Yo dipps is deadly. Stay on it man. They only gone get better!

Thanks bro. Means a lot comin from a vet like you. How many weeks were u wolfing in that pic above? We got almost identical texture.
