So, I'm thinking of trying Plastikhaar, but I could only find it on one site in Europe. Can I buy it in the states? Also, does it come on a weft?

But the shop in Switzerland does have a larger selection...

Some of the hair does come wefted, yes. If you go to the "Synthetic Hair" page, you will see the option for Wefts.
