...my head burned like hell, all of a sudden my sh*t started itchin like a million ants were nesting in my waves.
i swear it was like fire
 
i ran back inside ( i was trippin out) and it stopped, wtf?
anybody else experience this? it happened twice

maybe it can be lack of sunlight
a certain product u have in your hair thats causing a chemical reaction from the suns uv rays etc haha
lack of sunlight
sweat
something
i honestly dont know though
sh*t come to think of it
maybe your sh*t was mutating

did you start to sweat or feel real hot on your head and stuff?
were you sweating inside your house before you went outside ?

Try this method I made for myself.
 
Shampoo at night right b4 bed time.
 
apply half a jar of sulfur8 into scalp, massaging it in all the way in, making sure it reached down to the scalp.
 
Now take a grocery plastic bag and cover your head making sure no air can get in. Put on a beanie for a snug fit and go to sleep. It will feel like your scalp is cooking but it's not, trust me.
 
wake up and keep the bag on for another day.
 
next day take it off and shampoo out the sulfur 8.
 
you should be good after this sulfur8 method, it will kill off any itch you can imagine.
