Not trying to be rude, but if you have no style or design intuition then those brushes are useless. You're trying to do much with very little skills. Start small and work your way up. Hell, I just started using brushes and such...but do you.
I have no patience so this is as much detail you're gonna get outta me.
Open the image you want to remove Go to Filter>Extract
The tool at the top of the right panel is used to outline the image you want to remove. There is an eraser tool if you mess up. Once you have it where you want it take the fill tool and fill in the area you want to save.
Click preview, then ok.
Take the eraser and then clean up the edges.
