at the start of summer i wolfed for 4 weeks. Then i wolfed 2 weeks after the cut and the barber cut most of my waves off. Now i have wolfed for 4 weeks and i am getting a cut tomorrow. Then i will wolf till school starts. Which is about a month. My question is after i do my final 4 week wolfing session for the summer will i have 360 waves?

No. Just wolf longer and brush more. It takes time.

Post pics first of all so we can determine if you have any chance at all. Second I would wolf for as long as possible to have a better chance of getting 360's. There's no need to get a cut until the day before school.

I wouldn't get a hair cut, right now, if I was serious about trying to get 360's before school starts.  It is possible that you could have a nice pattern in about a month, but you need to brush vigorously for at least a couple hours a day.  Remember to wear your durag or wave cap as much as possible.  Also, make sure that your barber doesn't cut your hair too low next time.
