where should i start? last night i used head and shoulders shampoo and i brushed that in the 360 pattern(top-straight, sides-angle, back-down). then when i got out the shower i brushed until it was almost dry and put in some carrot creme. theni brushed that in, brushed 4 like 10 more minutes. then i du ragged, finshed watching fresh prince and went to bed. is that a good start?

Yea its a good basic start. U did rinse the shampoo out didn't u? LOL

Don't forget about using a good conditioner after shampooing.

When you apply the conditioner, brush it into your clean damp hair and let it sit for about five minutes.  You can put a shower cap on top of your head for added conditioning.  Then rinse it out. 
 
There are many conditioners on the market.  I am currently using Pantene Pro-V.

Aye Balla I just peeped yer sig it says that your back if thats true are you down for a battle sometime you can check out my portfolio in the 360 waves gallery most of those pics are a month old though and I'm coming hard(no homo).
