Selson Blue or however its spelled. For Conditioner i use Patene ProV Intesive Moisturizer for Women of Color.

Head n' shoulders. Doesn't really matter to me. If i'm stayin at my sis house, i use that expensive sh!t she be usin leavin my hair smellin coconuts and every tropical fruit imaginable. LOL

But i really don't care what brand of shampoo i use as long as it does the job of cleanin my hair and NOT dryin it out.
