I've had every other hair style, huge afro, little afro, braids, curls. No dreads tho. Waves is the best style just because of self accomplishment and no need to worry about dandruff.

I have a bad case of eczema that I got from my father, and since I started waving it's really helped my dandruff and I rarely see any. Now I have to worry about getting pimples....so it has its advantages and disadvantages....

I wont be a lifetime waver I jump back/forth from waves/curls every cut so Im not as dedicated as I once was. But I'll probably wave until my hairline recedes ridiculously and when that happens i'll be rockin buzz cuts.
Same here I jump back and forth between waves and curls. Sometimes, i just feel like growin curls again so i don't have to worry about brushin and wearing a wavecap every single night. Thing is, i'm so used to wearin a wavecap tho.
Also, i think that waves would be the best option for when ur hairline starts to recede because u are pullin ur hair forward towards ur forehead hence makin ur hairline appear lower than it really is. Thats why the Caeser haircut is most popular wit guys who are baldin (look at actor Vince Vaughn)

Who thinks there gonna be waving for life or are you gonna switch to something else and come back maybe because I know waves can get kind of tiring but this site keeps me motivated so I don't plan on stopping for some time
