i have not accually washed my hair since i started tryin to  get waves its been 7 weeks and i shower erryday i just been conditionin my hair, is that really bad or sumthin

    can yall try not to reply anythin stupid or make fun of me lol cuz this is embarresin but i dont know what to do in this situation so im postin it so yall can help

why did u not wash for 7 weeks? u shoulda washed it AT LEAST once or twice in that time period. start washin ur hair man, it's good for u.

DAMMMN i suggest u wash ur hair now.
but ALWAYS wash ur hair at least ONCE a week, but thats a minimum, also when you shower brush it easier to form ur waves...NAWMEEN

yeah 4sho but i dont brushin the shower cuz i have sum straight hair right now and im still growin my stuff out i was talkin to chrisdog bout this why brush in the shower when i have straight hair it will only straightn it out even more so ill wash my hair but i wont be brushin in the shower till my hair starts curlin ill give it another month in a half

How old are you and how did you ever come with the concept that you don't have to shampoo in the shower?

First off, don't make fun of you? Oh were going to make fun of you. How do you go 7 weeks without washing your hair. That's like going 7 weeks and not washing up but putting deodorant on. Also, this couldn't be that embarrassing because you posted it. That was dumb by itself.
 
As for your question: wash every other day moisturize and condition everyday.
 
I guess this is another reason why people leave because people are so mean and talk about you on HB.

In actuality, this is to warded to Gristyle. You don't have to brush in the shower no matter what your hair texture is. Brushing in the shower is more of a convenience thing so that when you apply products in your hair you can brush them in easier. But then again, that false, because you can brush in the shower but you have people like me that will rub hair products in every which way. Then that defeats the whole purpose of brushing in the shower.
