kits are bad for your hair if used often after time it will thin your hair and can cause damage to your scalp. just be careful if you do but I dont recomend them.

i have heard of a couple people with damaged hair b/c of kits, but i think it may have been from them using it wrong or something. I've been saying this forever, whatever u gotta do to make em hot... den do it! If they look betta wit a kit i'd say use a kit dammit! jus make sure u use a trusted brand and follow directions.
