plus their are programs that can block people from viewing your ip. I think peer guardian is one

Naw bcuz I know dude aint have 20 computers in his crib and everytime he registered again he had dis funny email address. i searched it up and it was a ip changin address. instead of yahoo or other normal ones it was some crazy sh*t. had a bunch of dots and da name of a strange site

Yea he can change his ip. He can always b range banned tho. Karen'll have 2 use like 10 different ip's tho. i did it 2 choco boi on my site. U can always keep somebody banned bcuz they only change the last few digits in dey ip
