Sounds good^ I've noticed improvement in myself as well. I've only gained about 2 pounds but i'm more cut and gained more muscle. I'll post an update sooner or later (prolly 2morrow after i work out)

I might as well hop in dis 2. Yall gon keep me motivated and I gotta quit football bcuz I gotta take night school . Now I can lift weights again tho. Da coaches wont let us lift weights while da season goin on, but since I aint got no season no mo, i'm gon start hittin da weights at school. I'll do some updates 2. Let me find some batteries 4 my camera. My rechargeble ones wont charge anymore LOL

Putting on pounds is pretty tough. You're going to have to balance out the weight with the muscle. Some people gain weight but not muscle. Or when they gain weight, they lose it by not doing exercises that will maintain the weight.

I know. I been tryin 4 a while. I just gained 2 lbs tho. IDK how I did it. I dont think i've been eatin more. I gained weight freshman year when I started workin out. Hopefully when I start back I'll gain more.

No. I mean that there are certain ways that you can exercise that will burn all the fat that you gained right back off. I'll give you an example. In 3 months just sitting on your butt and eating all types of junk, you can put on 20 lbs of fat. But if you eat healthy foods that are good for weight gaining and exercise diligently for 4-5 months you will find it more difficult to keep the weight on. It's like you have to get your weight up to a level where you can do your normal routine of exercise and not lose a dramatic amount of weight.
