wut dup doe im a nwebie here and i wanted to know  how many brush strokes should do  to get waves like whats the maximum of brush strokes and the minimum of brush strokes a person could brush

I know that this person isn't the guy that TSOH referred to this site. If it was then he still deserves to be roasted. If I met a guy with nice waves and they recommended a site for me to go to. I wouldn't be asking dumba$$ questions like that.
