It looks like it could be cut to me but I've been so wrong on similar calls lately that I'd lean towards no.

This would be a great look for her though. Long enough to still have the curls and wave but short and cute and easy to style. Better than the sometimes stringy/ratty look she gets when its long. Thin and wavy hair is much better for me within a couple of inches of the shoulders than it is really long.

She should do it, just probably hasn't.

I've just seen kylie's new video and her hair was mid way down her back but it was very close to ginger

Many eons ago she had a pixie that was off the charts. It's too bad I can't post my JPEG's of it and have no links. I'd bet at least half of the regular posters on this board would agree it was top-notch.

Kylie is one of those women that seems to look gorgeous no matter what she does. Not to many women can pull off super short hair like that and still look sexy. Im suprised also that she looks so healthy. Ive seen alot of women who looked weathered and aged considerably after chemo. You cant even tell she was sick.

Many short haired lovers had their prayers answered with this pic. I know her short hair is as a result of the chemo, but i would still have liked to see a pic of her bald just to see what she looked like
