I didn't mean to start anything but back on topic.. I'm on a eat what I see diet... I was gifted/cursed with a monster metabolism..... For me to just gain 1 pound a week. I have to eat 3000 calories a day...... My first year I tried to get it by eating food. But after a year that got really hard ( I started to hate food LOL I was eating a full meal every 2 hours ) But now I found a easy way. I make my own home meal calorie shakes..... Each shake is between 1200-1500 calories and 70g's of protein.

The shake contains
1. 2 cups of milk
2. 3 teaspoons of peanut butter
3. 1 cup of oatmeal
4. 2 teaspoons of oliver oil

ALL blended in the blender..that makes two cups I drink it all in one sitting. I make one in the morning and one before bed.

btw those things only cost me 17 dallars every 2 weeks.

Funny body building story:

When i was young (about 4 or 5), I used to hold my arm out and lean over to the side while i ate my food thinking that my meal would go into my arm and give me huge biceps. LOLLOLLOL

Question...dont take this personally but without sneakers on I'm 6'2 and a half and weigh in at 197. Before I started lifting I weighed in at 178-179lbs. Them shakes sound helpful but yall have kitchens I can only do soo much in a small ass room. My george foreman grill was setting off the firedrill alarm.....

I'm trying to get to where Tyson Beckford is somewhere at that size maybe a littlebit smaller.

Do any of you wear ankle/wrist weights? I've been wearing two 5lb wrist weights on each wrist everyday for the past 5days. And wearing 5lbs of two ankle weights each day for the past 5days. It took me awhile to get adjusted to them but now its a bit easier. I don't lift weights with them on I mainly just do pushups with them & cardio, & squats with them on.

But I wear them everyday when I go to class & work.

Nah but I have a 40 pound weight vest that I run with, and do push-ups/pullups with it intensifies my workout and makes me much more explosive.
