Yo huge @$$ doesn't need to touch a dumbell for 2 years or your city's gonna have have to declare a state of emergency. el oh el.
But i've been so busy with working out that i haven't takien a pic of my waves in a while. I don't even know what week i'm on (probably 5 or 6). Plus i'm supposed to do a dual update with Supa so i needa get a cut or just throw on a du rag for an hour.
I bet if you drop your phone it will break because its glass. If I drop my phone it would expel its back up parachute and land on the bottom cushion airbag safety device that comes out when there is danger. Then it lets out an alert to let you know where the mogul is located....... oh by the way, the iphone sucks

I have dropped as much as 33 pounds in a month , but if you workout properly with a good diet you should be able to drop 15 pounds at least. And all those workouts are good also incorporate some squats into your regimen so you won't be top-heavy with chicken legs feel me.
