Hi happy 4b, I like the Aphogee 2 intensive keratin reconstructor and their keratin 2 minute reconstructor (although I think they are the same) which can be used once per week followed by a moisturizing deep conditioner. I do not recommend using it daily unless your hair actually need all that protein. It is very hard to correct "too much protein" build-up as this can cause more harm than good to your hair.
Keep the balance between protein and moisture conditioning, this way you give your hair everything it needs to keep the elasticity and build it's strength all at the same time. HTH!
Bahama Mama...Enjoyed my stay, but He'll take me away like a thief in the night!! I'm ready now Lord, so take me by surprise.

I love to use the Dominical c*cktail weekly for strong yet elastic hair it contains: Miss Key 10 en 1, Torque Emergencia, Silicon mix and I add about a tablespoon of molasses.
Aphogee pro vitamin leave in treatment may be a good one for you to try. I just started using it along with a moisturizing leave in. According to the bottle, the aphogee can also be used daily to protect from heat damage. It's also pretty good for taming fizzies in humidity (when applied on dry hair). It costs $5.99 for 16oz
Could i get recommendations for a protein treatment. One I can use once a week after I wash that would stop breakage, shedding, build elasticity and make my hair soft.
Also one that is not to expensive would be a plus, and one that is easy to find in stores would also be a plus.
