Plain oatmeal is fine. Add some artificial sweetener in and its fine. Stop whining.
SMH guess I gotta say screw u 2 LOL Yall can eat wateva da hell yall want. I aint finna eat no plain oatmeal. I'ma put some milk in it and i'ma put some sugar in it. I got till da summer 2 put on 30 lbs.

O aight just do cardio twice a day and if you lift weights then stop for awhile (remember muscle weighs twice as much as fat). If you are trying to lose that much then just do cardio and once you lose that weight you should lift again. Some people are more symmetrical at a heavier weight like myself I'm 5'9 and I weight 184lbs., but I'm more symmetrical around that weight (175lbs.) and the average for that height is about 170lbs.

Man I put on about 20 pounds in the one week I added protein. I don't look bad. I got a lil more tummy fat it ain't noticable but my legs filled out more and now my lower leg matches my thighs tree trunk wise.
