DAANG, im tryna gain weight im 5'10 aroun 133 lbs. I wish i can gain that easily!

No you don't. I hope their was and error with the scale because that would mean your metabolism is messed up. Your not burning what your eatting, meaning you can get fat very easily. I would go to your local doctor about that.

Yea that is pretty insane gaining that much in just a week. I can gain like only a max 1-2 lbs a week trying real hard.

Yea, check that cuz I eat double the amount of food that u do Willie. lierally (5-6 plates a day). Pretty much 1 pound of meat, veggies every other meal, and fruit every other meal daily.

i dont eat all dat... oatmeal for breakfast. den a sub.. from subway and maybe a small meal aftawards and work out
 
but all i hard 2 day was
 
a 12 inch sub......powerade,glass of milk,and water
