That's irritating. I know it might cost a lot to phone them overseas but do they list a phone #? You could also just go through your credit card at this point and initiate a dispute of purchase. Its a long process but you fill out a form and then the credit card company will contact them to see what is going on so you dont have to. Do they list any kind of return/exchange policy on their site that you can find? The credit card company will want that information on the dispute form. But you can let them know you are having problems getting the route # for a return. They basically act as a mediator and companies usually respond to them because they know its serious at that point.

I agree you can’t always go by web site photos as even the colors shown can appear different on a glossy webpage than when you receive them and in different lighting.

There are many good vendors but it also depends what you are looking for. I’m sure you will get some suggestions on this site.

Good luck getting a refund or at least an exchange.

Hi brandonlee. Were you able to get through to the company. You can always order samples of the hair before you buy to see if it'll match the color and texture you're looking for. It'll save you some money and some grief.
