I was just wondering  if any of you guys has had any experiences with the ebay seller lengthylocks4you, they sell Russian refined u tipped and shoe lace tipped extensions strands, and I was wondering about the quality of the hair for the price. I'm having issues with tangling and can not stand it, I'm needing to order something soon! Any help would be appreciated!

I haven't ordered from her, but, am thinking about it. I emailed them to ask if the hair is really Russian. They responded very quickly and said it is Russian just not virgin. The seller said it has been dyed, but, it is Remy and has only had one chemical process.

I have this hair sitting in my stash.  It is ok hair.  I have not been able to wear it as it is darker then my natural hair.  The tips size is large and you get a lot of weight for the money.  Now, I also have virgin russian and I have to say the two are absolutley not in the same class.  I'm not convinced the LL4U hair has been thru only a color or that it is truely 'russian' hair.  The hair is fluffy and has a lot of volume to it.  My first impression was that it felt alot like indian, fluffy & airy, but not sleek.  I guess I was expecting nicer hair because in the photos on ebay it looks amazingly shiney and brillant.  I'm not saying it's bad hair, just not what I was expecting i guess.  Again, I have not worn it yet....
Here are some photos:

Bumping to update:

I have had this hair in for a week.  I henna's it w/ body art quality henna, to match my hair.  I have 100 tips installed w/ 3.5mm trumpet tubes.  I had to trim about 3 inches off because they were frizzy.  I use Hello Hydration shampoo and conditioner on it daily.  I also use alot of Ion silicone drops.  If i skip the silicone the hair is frizzy, tangly and dry feeling.  but with the silicone it feels nice and looks wonderful....

Please note my hair is NOT orange, it's from the flash Embarrassed

I actually like that color. Kind of an auburn but a little more red. Its looks really full. Is that the Russian from the Ebay site? 4Oz? It looks like a lot of hair. Im wearing 3 and it does not look anywhere close to that thick. But mine was classified as straight and its bone straight with not the slightest bit of fluff up. Is that considered wavy what you are wearing?

I can't believe that is only 100 tips for a whole head, they must be huge pieces.  I used over 240 pieces for my last install!, Let me know how it holds up.  It looks shiny and healthy!

It's not quite 4oz.  I think they say it's 3.6ish.  yup, from ebay, just do a search for 'refined russian hair' and lengthy locks will turn up.  The color was number 4, but I hennad it and got that goreous auburn color.  the hair is very full and wavy, very nice with the proper products, but not the usual wash and wear I'm used to.

I don't think they are GL.   I have spoken to the seller and she did not say they were. This is supposed to be real Russian hair. GL is Indian hair. Also, GL even wholesale would be more expensive than this hair.

Many stylists are certified in multiple methods.

I bought from LL4U.  The hair is nice to work with but the keratin that the u-tip strands are tipped with are AWFUL!!  They are really gooey and hard to roll.  I re-tipped them with the keratin rebonds that LL4U sells and they aren't much better.  They get brittle and if you melt them too long and white if you don't!

I ordered a #4 and when it arrived I colored it myself to a dark chocolate cherry and it took the color very nicely.  The hair is still soft but it is looking a little dry on the ends.   I have cut it down to about 18".  I did notice that the hair will split about 2 inches up the shaft and then look fuzzy and the ends split quite quickly, but aside from that, I thought it was okay.  I haven't tried the I-tips yet but that will be my next purchase but not necessarily from them...

I liked the fact that 100 strands did my whole head but man are they heavy!!  The strand sizes are very inconsistent.  Like asinnamon mentioned, the hair is nice and wavy but it takes me a bit to get it looking tidy.
