Hey, I'm trying to get this hairstyle for homecoming:

Can anybody refer me to any sites or give step-by-step instructions on how to do it? Since it's for homecoming, I want to know a way to do it where it won't get messy and tangly. And also, please post if you know any good curling irons or rollers (that don't curl your hair too much). Thanks in advance!!
