About a month ago I ordered a practice head & a starter microlink extension kit from them.  The idiot UPS driver left the package on my front step on Halloween night.  Needless to say, when I got home around 7 pm the package had disappeared.  I guess a lucky trick-or-treater got an extra treat this year.

For the last week & a half I've been trying to contact the company to either get a duplicate order or a refund.  I've called no less than 6 times & always get voice mail.  Only one call was returned, & I was told a CS manager would contact me on Monday to work things out.  Well, now it's Thursday & no word at all.

I've emailed 3 times.  Only one response telling me they were "looking into it."

UPS says there's nothing they can do about it, the burden is on the shipper.

So basically I'm out $150.  Is there anything at all I can do about this? Cry

If you paid with your credit card you can dispute the charge.

I always pay thru paypal as they will refund you if the seller cant provide proof of delivery - though in your situation thats probably not going to help - stupid ups driver!

oh. my. god.
that would piss me off so much.

but since it was probably some dumb kid who took it... they won't really know what to do with a bunch of hair extensions and micro links.

so :p at them.

LMAO!  You guys are funny.  I paid w/my debit card so it's already come out of my checking account.  I did file a dispute w/the bank, we'll see if I get a refund.

I love shopping online, but it certainly has its downfalls!
