you can eat six meals a day, it is just the portions you consumes that causes a problem. But its up to you. enjoy

Oh...I lightened my load. I eat about half the rice, and 3 peices of chicken breast strips in between slices of 100% whole wheat bread

btw today was the first time i drank the whey protein wit milk and dat junk was good as hell omg. dat sh*t tasted good.. i only drank it wit water,and it was ok...drinkable but damnnnnnnn dis sh*t taste good wit milk :)

wel i only drink it in the morning AND after i work out.. but i just wanted 2 see how it taste wit milk(organic but ima buy sum mor skim) and i cudnt stop drinking it lol.. is it bad? or just get a gud work out done

So my daily intake went like dis
 
Breakfast
 
2 turkey sausage patties wit 2 slices of wheat bread sandwhich
skinny bottle of propel(the 25 calorie one)
 
12 inch turkey sub for lunch(subways)
diet coke(was thristy so i just copped it aint drink it all)
another propel
 
Snack-granola bar bout 180 calories.....
 
den i just drank dat protein shake..and now gotta to take a sh*t..

LOL nice routine @ BIG. I gained 15pounds over the last month....Im at 209now. Im benching 270 and should be able to do 300 by mid-december. No sterioids just eating a lot and often, then I get mad and workout for 2hrs...then ^^ do the ending of BIG's workout lol.

they are really small compared to the others...

Decline bench presses can also pop out your upper abs in addition to the medicine ball crunches.

There is an exercise that is meant for that muscle group. I cannot think of the name, but I will ask my brother when he comes home.
