I need some advice. So here's the story: I have excema for years already and since last summer it got up to my scalp. Part of that is that I react allergic to my own sweat.
Normal shampoos rip off the natural oils I have (and I don't have enough of them anyway) due to the lather.
I'd like to try Aubrey Organics and need some more information and maybe advise on which shampoo to use. My hair is short and on the dry side of life. If anyone has some advice for me I would appreciate it.

ThanX

Hi, Leanan!

You might want to try going direct to Aubrey at:
http://aubrey-organics.com/

or you might give their new Sea Buckthorn 3 part hair system a try. My scalp is hair and scalp are on the dry side but not like yours. I have been using the Sea Buckthorn Shampoo, creme rinse and leave-in conditioner since March and am super thrilled with the results.

Don,
thanX for the URL - I just went there and ordered two try-me-outs to see how I react to them. Camomille and Aloe Vera doesn't sound wrong to me, let's see what Mr.Allergy says.

Again - thank you very much.

Hey, Leanan,

See if you can get a sample of the J.A.Y. shampoo, as well.  It's extremely moisturizing and keeps my scalp from itching (this was due to a medication that really, REALLY dried out my skin).

I don't use it much anymore--I seem to be blessed with really healthy hair (as long as I'm not on any medications, that is) and it's almost *too* much moisture now for me.  I only have to condition about once a week in the summer.

Good luck,

Alexandra

I've tried a few Aubrey Organics products - the J.A.Y. shampoo and jojoba conditioner, and the GPB conditioner. They didn't really do anything for me, but some of the reviewers here at Hair Boutique were very enthusiastic about the line.
