standing barbell curl 4 X 10
standing dumbell curl 3 X 10
Concentration curl 3 X 10
hammer curl 3 X 10
 
Tuesday- Tricep
 
Close grip push ups 3 X 20
Tricep Kickback 3 X 10(hold each rep for 4 secs)
1 arm standing dumbell extension 3 X 10
Skull crushers 3 X 10
Close grip bench 3 X 10
 
Wed- Legs, Traps(Upper Back)
 
Squat 4 X 20(High reps bcuz I dont have enough weights)
Calf raises 4 X 20(High reps bcuz I dont have enough weights)
One Arm dumbell row 3 X 10
Upright row 3 X 10
Bentover Barbell Row 3 X 10
Shrugs 3 X 10( hold each rep for 5 secs)
 
Thurs- Chest
 
Wide grip pushups 3 X 20
Dumbell bench press 3 X 10
Barbell bench press 3 X 10 (when I 'm over my cousins house. Usually dont b over there on thursday so I end up doin it Saturday or sunday)
 
Fri-  Rest (usually partyin LOL)
 
Sat- Rest (Usually partyin LOL)
 
Sunday- Shoulders
 
Military press 3 X 10
sitting dumbell shoulder press 3 X 10
Dumbell front raise 3 X 10
Dumbell Lateral Raise 3 X 10
 
Sunday is my chill out day. I chill and watch TV all day until like 10 pm. Then I start workin out.

No prob. I use 2 take a protein shake but I ran out a lil while ago. Money been short. I'm stackin up money now and i might get a weight gainer 2 help wit gaining weight since its so hard 4 me 2 gain.

hey sup yall? dis is an ill ass thread..out in cali i have 2 twin bodybuilding cousins, i admire them alot. there like middleweights or ive seen one of dem compete in that division anyways..i dun talk 2 dem alot but i hope to be somewhere as half built as them someday. i been on and off training since 16, but i suffered a back injury somewhere along the way(not sure how) but i visit a chiropractor every week. the injury actually withheld me for a long period of time, and im just now gettin back to regular training. ima hit dis thread up from now on..oh n i got pics of my cozos if yal interested.
