Yea but its not the main focus. It works it as a secondary muscle. the main focus 4 those exercises is 4 the upper back. Thats da only 1 that includes the lower back.

Aight @ Gristyle...I just went to the gym for the first time in 3 weeks since that shoulder injury. It feels a lot better now but i'm not as strong as i used to be (I used to comfortably curl 35 lb 20x and now i'm down to 30 lbs). About how long do u thing it'll take to get back to where i was if i continue my regular schedule?

And good job @ VJ

King Cash, the rate a person gains and regains strength depends on the individual

Not exactly truely, ced. The muslce memory will kick in if you have not been sitting around eating chips for a month. You should be back to your old self in about two weeks

that is true.... take two individuals that never lifted weights in there life. One is 130 pounds and the other is 200 pounds and both there starting maxes are 135 pounds. The 200 pounder would gain strength faster then the 130 pounder.. ( Giving they are doing the same routine.) Some goes for regaining strength may take on guy 1 week to get it back and another 3 weeks..

Its the same way with serious or minor injuries all people dont heal at the same rate.

that 2 weeks regain/loss law is a educated guess its not a fact.

True but he wants to get back to where he was before. It takes a month for his muscles to die (including that he does nothing but sit around). Cash still has his strength and size, he just needs to restart his "engine". That is why you see body builders taking time off (injuries or vacation) and jump right back into the game. The question cash was asking was not how long to get bigger then he was before the injury, but how long to regain what he had before the injury.

so does that mean the more body mass you have the faster muscle will build?
