Funky/chunky by John Frieda, can be found at Eckerd's Drug Store. I believe layers are a must though. I also have fine hair and it's difficult to find the right balance, too much product and your hair just looks greasy. Hope this helps.

That piecy look that meg ryan has is not only product it is in the cut which is texturized and the placement of large highlights in a few different colors to add texture and then to finish you would use a texture creme like sebastian's molding mud or short & sexy quick change.
