I love Aveda but I have a difficult time getting it. The only place that carried it went out of business......can you buy it online or only from a salon?

Hi all,
I used to love Aveda as well but they got really weird about distribution after Estee Lauder bought them. You can go to their website at http://www.aveda.com and they usually have a list of approved Aveda salons where you can buy the stuff. Also, you can try online although that is more risky. A Beauty Of A Site used to carry Aveda but I am not sure if they still do.

I feel pretty lucky- I purchased from the local Aveda Concept Salon a 9oz bottle of Elixir for 8.50 and a big wooden paddle brush (Aveda) for $15. Seems cheaper than many other places.
