I know you can buy gizmos that do this but I figure if someone can instruct me how to do it myself I can say the $$ on the gizmo that probably is more trouble than it is worth. Any ideas? Thanks.

Gina, Some hairstylists do this with a comb if you want a real thin zig-zag. They do this by taking a comb and zigging around the part.(start off with a middle or side part). If you want a chunky look, you can get it by actually blowdrying your hair that way, just seperate the peices and blow-dry them in the zigging part. I hope this helps. The best thing is to ask your stylist to style your hair like this and then you can see how to do it. It usually helps me to see rather than read how.

Hello Gina,

Where can I buy the gizmo that make the crisscross parts & crooked parts. I have been looking, calling and asking everyone I know. Please help. I seen a commerical on TV that had this product. I went to get a pen and paper and the commerical was gone. Please help.
