I would like to know how to get my hair to do this.
What sort of styling products or tools will I need.

If you have very fine and straight hair, you can just use strong hold gel/wax. Hairspray is optional.
 
If you have thick or wavvy hair, you may need to blow dry it straight and then flat iron it, before you can start styling it.
 
This styles reminds me of what japanese/korean/chinese guys like to do with their hair.
